How it works

We will arrive a little earlier than our scheduled start time to set up.

Once ready, guests can come over to have their photo taken, and we will create their portrait from the photo, allowing them to enjoy the event while we work.

Once we're finished, the completed artwork will be displayed in our pop-up gallery, where guests can collect their portraits later in the day.

Our Services

All of our packages are based on the number of illustrations we can complete live on the day, with any remaining artwork finished in our studio and delivered to you after your event. Each illustration takes approximately 8 minutes to complete.

For wedding bookings, the bride and groom receive a complimentary A5 hand-painted illustration, included within the package price — a special keepsake from your day.

If you would like to include additional guests beyond your chosen package, extra illustrations can be added at £10 per person.

Should you wish to upgrade any illustration to a larger size after the event, this can be completed in our studio for an additional cost.

If your guest numbers don’t quite fit one of our standard packages, please get in touch — we’re always happy to create a bespoke quote tailored to your celebration.

Booking process

Once you have reviewed our live illustration packages, you may contact us via the website’s contact form or by email. We will then collect the necessary details regarding your event and provide an opportunity to discuss your selected package and address any questions you may have.

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required. The remaining balance is due four weeks prior to your wedding date.
